2. Description of Services
Payshati provides a digital platform for facilitating mobile recharges, utility bill payments, DTH recharges, FasTag recharges, and other related services through partnerships with third-party service providers. We act as an intermediary between you and the service providers and do not provide these services directly.
3. User Account and Registration
3.1 Account Creation: To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. Use of Services
4.1 Permitted Use: You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our platform.
4.2 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Transactions and Payments
5.1 Transaction Processing: We facilitate transactions between you and third-party service providers. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
5.2 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment gateways.
5.3 Service Fees: Payshati may charge convenience or service fees on certain transactions. These fees will be clearly displayed before you complete a transaction.
5.4 Transaction Limits: We reserve the right to impose transaction limits for security and regulatory purposes.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund policies vary depending on the type of service and the third-party provider. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information. In general, successful transactions cannot be cancelled or refunded unless required by law or as per the service provider's policy.
7. Third-Party Services
Payshati acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the products, services, availability, accuracy of information, or any issues arising from third-party service providers including mobile operators, DTH providers, utility companies, and billers. We do not control and are not liable for the operations, service interruptions, or policy changes of these third-party providers.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, are the property of Payshati or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payshati and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Payshati and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other behavior we deem inappropriate or harmful to our platform or other users.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Morigaon, Assam, India.
